Why did my card come with no fancy packing?

We've done our homework and we know our clients prefer to bring the card with them everywhere they go, so the packing ends up dumped in the trash.
Climate change is a #1 priority on our agenda and we are proudly saving 1 tree with every 100 cards sold. Normally a Tarot deck uses 7-9 oz of paper and the fancy packing & manual coming with it will increase that number 2 to 4 times. We are also saving 80 to 160 gallons of water with every single card just because we opted out of using paper.

How do I use the card?

It's as simple as tapping your card on the back of your phone! You don't need to install additional software, apps or anything else. Ask your question loudly and clearly in your mind and then tap the card for an answer - that's it!.

The basic rule is to try to find the positive in everything even if it's not your lucky day. For example the Death card might mean cutting off everything that connects you to something in the past and starting fresh. Remember there is no professional Tarot reader who knows your story better than you, so you are the one who can interpret the cards better than anybody else would...

If you are using the Tarot mode, after you tap the card it will draw you a daily Tarot card. It will give you the card visualization, its description, its general meaning, its love meaning, its financial meaning and its career meaning. It will also distinguish between normal and upside down cards and adjust the meaning of the reversed cards accordingly.
You can also draw 3 cards for present, future and past by tapping the card 3 times respectively.

What do I need to start using the card?

You will need an NFC enabled smartphone and an Internet connection.

Almost all modern smartphones come with NFC functionality. On the iPhones after iPhone 6s the NFC is automatically enabled. Some Android phones have it ebabled by default but other Android devices have it turned off, so you will need to check, and enable it if necessary. You can do that by going to Settings --> Connections and then make sure NFC is turned ON

For the card to work, you need to bring it close to the rear side of your phone. iPhone users need to bring the card close to the upper rear part of their phone just behind their front facing selfie camera. Android users need to tap the card where the rear middle part ot their phone is. In some rare cases, the antenna might be situated on the top or on the bottom of the phone, so you need to move the card around until you find it.

You will hear a short beep when your phone reads the card and you will be presented with an option to open the card with your preferred browser.

What language can I use? Is it available in Spanish?

We have a native Spanish version as well, but you can use any language if you choose to open the card with the Chrome browser.

To translate the card to your language of choice you need to click on the three dots icon (...) of the Chrome browser and then click on Translate. Choose your preferred language and the next time you use the card it will be automatically translated for you.

What are the card modes?

The card has 3 modes, but more will be added in the future and it will auto update when the new features are available. The 3 current modes allow you to ask simple Yes/No questions, Ask for some advice if you have a serious concern or question, and it can also draw Tarot cards for you. In the future we might introduce new features like manifestations, affirmations, horoscopes, personal natal charts and more...

When you first receive the card, it is set to give guidance and answer important questions in life. You have 3 tries per day. The idea is not to use the card for insignificant questions. Actually, the best practice for a user is to put the card under the pillow and sleep over her/his question and then ask the card with a clear mind in the morning.

The card has 3 modes - besides the Advice mode mentioned above, it can also answer simple Yes/No questions or draw Tarot cards. The user can only access one of the features at a time, and the mode can be changed only when the New Moon arrives, as it symbolizes the new beginning. To change between different modes you will have to click on the New Moon (full black moon) icon in the top right of the screen when it shows little sparkling stars over and around it.

Please note:

For a professional Tarot reader, it might be a good idea to use real paper Tarot cards because you can build better rapport both with the Divine and with the person standing before you. But for a normal person who might want to consult with a card deck casually on the go, it is both discrete and convenient because she/he won't need to bring the whole deck everywhere, also the card will fit in a standard wallet and it won't raise eyebrows when used in the crowd. In an essence, it won't replace the regular paper Tarot cards but might be a great addition to anyone's collection as a special tool that can be used regularly or in a specific situation...

Always bring the card with you, keep it clean, treat it with respect, don't ask stupid or insignificant questions and it will serve you well.
