Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate, at your expense, with our defense of such claims. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action, or proceeding which is subject to this indemnification upon becoming aware of it.

10. User experience -
The website is functional only when you provide your unique user ID (for example by scanning your key card). Using the website in any other way is prohibited. You have 3 scans per day and then a cool of period might apply. This is to ensure your ID won't be used in a malicious way. It is reccomended that you only use the card once per day for a certain draw or a certain question. It's advisable to avoid using it more than once.

12. Order a card -
Ordering a card happens on a third party website. We work with Shopify.com and Stripe.com. The following URLs (https://shop.theoracle.com and https://theoracle.com/shop) are aliases to the Shopify store. Any personal data disclosed in order to complete a purchase and ship the package to you is handled by the Shopify/Stripe platforms in accordance with their privacy policy. Your contact details are also provided to the shipping company to fulfill your order.

13. Affiliate (partner) program -
Our affiliate program must not be confused with an MLM or pyramid-type scheme. We do not sell affiliate packages, memberships, tiers, or the "right to recruit" — there is nothing to buy in order to join or to earn. Every single commission is strictly tied to an actual sale of our physical product. Because income exists only when a real product is genuinely sold, the program is inherently safe and sustainable: there is no mechanism by which it could collapse or transition from selling a product into feeding a Ponzi scheme.

In a few words, the program works as follows: you receive a 30% commission on every direct sale you make, and a 15% second-tier commission on indirect sales generated by partners you personally recruited (this 15% is an override calculated on the commission earned by that recruited partner). Each affiliate is issued a fixed username and password and a personal referral link. You may freely promote and share your referral link, and every sale completed through it accumulates commission to your account. Second-tier (indirect) commissions are by their nature less predictable and a bit scratchier, because you have no control over which referral code the new users entered when they joined.

The minimum payout amount is EUR 100. Once your accrued balance reaches this minimum you may submit a withdrawal request; withdrawal requests made during the current month are settled on the 15th of the month following the request. There is no cap on the amount you can earn.

Your username and password are assigned by us and cannot be changed. They are the keys to your account and to your earnings, so you must protect them at all times and keep them confidential. You are solely responsible for any activity carried out under your credentials.

Warning: the affiliate program may be used solely to promote and sell our product.
